    Noton Motorcycles has announced that production of the V4SV, V4CR, and Commando 961 stops as of today. This will make way for the upcoming model that is set to be launched in November.

    Norton Motorcycles' Current Lineup Production Ends

    Final units of the V4SV, V4CR, and Commando 961 have been rolled out of their manufacturing facility

    Norton Motorcycles announced the end of production of their current lineup at the company’s Solihull manufacturing facility. The production lines are now active and manufacturing the new models which are set to be launched in November. 
     
    Norton is expected to introduce an all-new design language for the Norton portfolio with expansion into new market segments and sales regions. The expansion of the brand is thanks to substantial investment from TVS Motor Company, which acquired it in April 2020.
     
    Whilst all remaining Commando 961 models have been purchased by dealers, there is a waiting list for the final deliveries, which is said to close soon. Additionally, Norton is continuing to offer finance packages to welcome new owners to the Norton family. Dealers are also offering collectible last-of-the-line units produced for a handful of collectors.
     
    Executive Director; Richard Arnold said, “The Norton V4SV, V4CR, and Commando 961 are revered the world over as the latest in a long line of iconic Norton motorcycles. As one chapter ends, another begins, and the waiting is now almost over to reveal our exciting future. Norton’s rich and storied history has always been built on a forward-thinking mindset, and our resurgence reflects a bold vision for these legendary British motorcycles.”
     

    Upcoming Models

    The 1200cc flagship model is expected to be the first model to be unveiled and launched. The bike has been spotted a couple of times and is in the final stages of testing. TVS had also confirmed that the superbike will go on sale in India. Following this, there will be other models with midsize engines produced by TVS in India
